Out of 120 elected county commissioners and judge positions in Oregon, 64 are up for election in 2018. As a result of the primary election held on May 15, 2018, 19 current commissioners or judges opted to not run for reelection before the primary, and 23 current commissioners or judges were reelected and will not face a run off or a contested partisan race in the general election. However, 14 current commissioners or judges will face a run off or a contested partisan race in the general election. And, eight current commissioners appear to have lost in the primary.
