Bill to Relieve Burden on Military Spouses to Receive Public Hearing

AOC supports HB 3030, a bill that allows a professional licensing board to issue a temporary authorization to a spouse of a member of the Armed Forces stationed in Oregon that holds an out-of-state authorization to provide occupational or professional services. This bill is scheduled for a public hearing and possible work session on March 20 in the House Committee on Business and Labor. Please contact Andy Smith if you are interested in testifying.
