The 2020 National Association of Counties (NACo) Legislative Conference, held in Washington, D.C., is just around the corner (February 29- March 4). At Conference, NACo will offer its members an opportunity to address key policy issues not discussed at the NACo Annual Conference in July through interim policy resolutions.
NACo interim policy resolutions are carefully crafted statements on the needs and interests of county governments across the nation, and form the American County Platform, a tool used to guide NACo members and staff in advocacy efforts at the federal level.
