The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has made its draft “Oregon Public Transportation Plan” available for public comment through July 20th. The plan provides the principles and foundation that will result in decisions related to public transportation, and eventually will become part of the Oregon Transportation Plan adopted by the Oregon Transportation Commission (“OTC”).
