DLCD and FEMA to present information on recently released NOAA BiOp

On May 17th from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. the Association of Oregon Counties and the League of Oregon Cities will be hosting a webinar or phone call regarding the recently release biological opinion (BiOp) from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries. Experts from the Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will discuss how the BiOp will impact local governments. This call is geared towards elected officials; DLCD and FEMA are also holding two webinars for technical staff such as planners and flood plain managers.
