The Basecamp Program is pleased to announce the finalization of a new Master Price and Services Agreement (MPSA) with 21 Vendors for Information Technology Professional Services.

Counties working with the Oregon Cooperative Procurement Program (ORCPP) will have access to multiple categories of services across the following areas; Business Assessment and Planning, Project Management, Application Development, Integration and Implementation, Infrastructure Design and Implementation, Testing, Data Analysis and Reporting, Cyber Security and General Technical Services. A list of IT Professional Service vendors is available within the Basecamp IT catalog.

SAVE THIS DATE – On Thursday, May 17, 2018 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Basecamp is hosting a forum for State agencies, ORCPP members, and awarded vendors. The event will explain how the MPSA’s and selection processes will work. The goal is to have Authorized Purchasers and the vendors all in one room to understand the procurement process when using the MPSA’s. Vendor representatives in attendance will be introduced; but they will not provide formal presentations.  More details on the forum and RSVP will follow in the coming weeks, please sign up for Basecamp announcements.

Basecamp developed this Buyers Guide to provide high-level guidance on the process to utilize these MPSA’s.  Additionally, the Service Matrix identifies, by Consultant, the types of services available for procurement under these Agreements. Contact information for Vendors, Procurement and Vendor Management is also included in the Buyers Guide.

Feel free to contact the Basecamp Program with any comments or questions at Basecamp@oregon.gov.
