Registration for the 2021 AOC Annual Conference is now open.

The conference, to be held in Lane County November 16-18 at the Graduate Hotel, will bring together a cross section of elected officials and county staff from across the state. Attendees from rural and urban counties, large and small – come together for three days of education and networking aimed to help improve residents’ lives and the efficiency of county government.

Participants will be able to network, learn, and connect in person and through virtual attendance.

During the Annual Conference, AOC officers are elected, the annual business meeting is held, and valuable informational and educational sessions on a number of issues are presented. The final night of the conference is devoted to the annual County Product Tasting Reception where counties contribute refreshments from home for all to enjoy.

Participants can look forward to a dynamic experience with opportunities for the following:

Innovative Solutions and Policy Discussions

  • Engage with thought leaders from around the state on innovative ideas and actionable concepts in 14 educational sessions ranging from wildfire policy, to navigating resources in emergencies, to housing.

Engagement and Networking

  • Conference will offer strategic opportunities to connect with peers, key agency officials, and congressional offices.

Resources to Support your County

  • AOC partners with organizations to ensure products and services to support your county are at your fingertips. Explore our partnerships and learn about resources to help your county thrive.

Reconnect and Rebuild

  • The AOC President’s Initiative “Reconnect and Rebuild” will be threaded throughout the conference. Counties will be able to connect, access resources and information, and work with and lean on one another to start rebuilding their communities.
