With housing affordability rising as a top issue of concern across the nation, impacting counties large, medium, and small, National Association of Counties (NACo) released its Affordable Housing Toolkit for Counties to help counties navigate this complex issue.
This toolkit provides a clear data on housing affordability throughout the nation at a county level. It also provides guidance on the county role in housing affordability and examines solution sets for county government to explore as they search for their own options to make housing more affordable.
