The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is providing public notice of the proposed National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) 1200-Z Industrial Stormwater Discharge General Permit. This NPDES permit regulates the discharge of stormwater runoff from industrial facilities to surface waters of the state.

During this comment period, you can provide written comments and/or attend the public hearing to make comments about specific conditions in the proposed permit, which will be part of the public record.

Comments Due: Monday, June 19, 2017, 5 p.m.

The proposed 1200-Z Industrial Stormwater Discharge General Permit and Permit Evaluation Report have been posted are located on DEQ’s Industrial Stormwater webpage.
