With less than a month remaining in the legislative session a sense of urgency is readily apparent around the transportation package and general fund budgets. There is a new version of House Bill (HB) 2017 due out any moment. Most likely, the draft will be released Wednesday or Thursday and the Joint Committee on Transportation Preservation & Modernization (JCTPM) will meet Friday or Saturday, but this is subject to change. As always, we will send out links to the draft bill, index and executive summary as they become available. Stay tuned.
