The Benefits of Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) … It’s More Than Just Counseling
Employee assistance programs are not what they used to be! In this webinar, CIS Wellness Benefits Representative Heather Matthews and CIS Human Resource Senior Consultant Sharon Harris unveil the many EAP benefits for employees, supervisors, and the entity as a whole. Attendees will learn how all employees in the organization can benefit from the variety of EAP resources including counseling services, financial and legal services, and assistance for supervisors dealing with a difficult workplace situation.
KEY RESULTS:
– Review the many work-life services available to employees
– Identify supervisor resources to help with workplace challenges and employee issues
– Determine when a supervisor may use the Management Referral process
– Introduce tips on how to confront employees about poor or deteriorating performance
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
All managers, supervisors and other employees who are responsible for communicating benefit and supervisory best practices within your organization.
CREDIT:

HOW DO I CONNECT WITH THIS EVENT?
First, register for the event at the CIS Learning Center here.

One day before the event, members will receive a reminder email generated by the CIS Learning Center (CLC). This email will include the access information for the webinar. Your webinar materials, including a document called “Connect with this Event” will be available for you to view, print, and download prior to the event through your CLC account. They will also be available on the webinar interface when you log in.
To view materials via your CLC Account:
1. Login to the CIS Learning Center.
2. On the “My Home” tab, click on the “Elective Learning” icon.
3. Click on the blue hyperlink for the webinar.
4. The materials are listed in the “Activities” section.
