The proposed rule may have an impact on county-owned infrastructure and local waterways, such as roads and roadside ditches, drainage and irrigation conveyances, flood control channels, bridge construction and rehabilitation projects, and stormwater and wastewater facilities.

How can Counties Make a Difference?

Submit a comment. Comments can be submitted through the Federal Rulemaking Portal by identifying Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OW-2018-0149.
