The Transportation Grant Management Pre-Application packets have been mailed to all Oregon jurisdictions, tribes, and eligible special districts on February 1st. It is also available for download at the TGM grants web page.
Pre-applications are due March 11th. A pre-application is not required to apply for a grant or other TGM service, but counties are encouraged to submit because it gives TGM staff the opportunity to discuss a project idea with the pre-applicant. TGM staff plans to contact and advise all pre-applicants about their project ideas before the grant application packet is issued on April 8th.
