October marks the 17th annual National Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and CIS is featuring resources to help you avoid getting scammed. October 13 also features the distinction of being National Train Your Brain Day, so CIS has included a course this month on the Myth of Multitasking to help keep you stimulated.

But science shows the human brain is not capable of multitasking. After spending years multitasking, we have reduced our ability to focus, our productivity, and increased our errors. In this course, we take a new look at multitasking and whether it’s actually serving us or hurting us. Duration: six minutes
