Meet AOC Operations Director, Mckenzie Farrell

Mckenzie Farrell joined the AOC team in March of 2014 in the public affairs department. In 2020, she accepted the position of operations director. In this role, Mckenzie is a member of the management team responsible for overseeing work in the public affairs department – including communications, education, and member service. In addition, Mckenzie oversees general operations for AOC, including fiscal services, human resources, administrative operations, and facilities management. 

Before joining the AOC team, Mckenzie worked in the private sector for 10 years leading marketing and public relations efforts for brands that spanned the local, regional, and national markets.

Mckenzie is a graduate of the University of Portland (UP). At UP, Mckenzie received a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication.

Mckenzie’s position is housed in the operations department of AOC, which is responsible for providing human resources management services, oversight of general operations, and fiscal services.
