The Association of Oregon Counties (AOC) is joining the League of Oregon Cities, the Oregon Business Council, the Oregon Telecommunications Association, and the Oregon Cable Telecommunications Association in co-sponsoring a series of virtual meetings to talk about upgrading broadband infrastructure. The goal is to connect community leaders with broadband service providers working in their regions to discuss active broadband infrastructure projects and potential plans for future projects. Six regional meetings have been scheduled. Southern and Coastal Oregon meetings were held in June.
