The Local Government Personnel Institute (LGPI) offers Human Resources and Labor Relations assistance to cities, counties, and special districts throughout Oregon. LGPI has ceased operation under its former home, LOC, and its portfolio of services has moved under the Lane Council of Government’s (LCOG) umbrella with a new name, Local Government Personnel Services (LGPS)
