As noted in the previous edition of the Oregon Trails, the County Road Program has been developing a series of County Road Briefs to help communicate with legislators and the public regarding county roads in Oregon. The newest Brief is a high-level and general approach to depicting one route Oregon’s counties could take in spending new transportation revenues. This was produced in response to numerous legislator requests for what new transportation taxes could plausibly buy the taxpayers.
